The Ulster Historical Foundation is a non-profit making organisation (Charity Ref No XN48460), that was founded in 1956 to promote interest in Irish history and genealogy, with particular reference to the province of Ulster. UHF offers a comprehensive ancestral research service, publishes books on Irish history and genealogy, organises conferences and lecture tours and runs a membership club (Guild). As part of the Foundation's role in making source material and historical publications more readily available both at home and abroad this site also features searchable databases and an online bookstore.
